Job Description : Bidding & Tendering Manager at Sierra Leone (West Africa) with a Construction Company Diploma / B.E. (Civil) with 10-15 yrs. experience in Bidding, Tendering, Proposal Management, Contracts or commercial management. Professional certification in Project Management, Procurement or Contract Management would be an advantage. Should have experience in Construction, Engineering / Infrastructure is preferred. Should have Strong knowledge of tendering procedures & procurement regulations. Bachelor Status & Offshore Salary Approx. 2000 USD p.m. + Expatriate Benefits.
