Job Description : Plant Head Industry: Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals / Food Supplements / Herbal Products / CMO/CDMO SWEDEN Open to International candidates Key Responsibilities: Lead complete plant operations including Production, Packing, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality, and EHS. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources. Improve OEE, productivity, yield, and manufacturing efficiency while reducing manufacturing costs. Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, WHO-GMP, and other regulatory standards. Lead customer, regulatory, and certification audits successfully. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, automation projects, and capacity expansion. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse for uninterrupted operations. Drive cost optimization, energy conservation, and operational excellence initiatives. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while building a high-performance culture. Ensure implementation of best-in-class EHS practices and maintain a zero-accident workplace. Desired Candidate Profile: 20+ years of experience in Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Proven experience in leading large manufacturing plants. Strong exposure to Powder, Tablet, Capsule, and Softgel manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience handling customer audits and regulatory inspections. Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
