Job Description : HEAD RETAIL OPERATIONS GUYANA Lead end-to-end retail operations across the store network Drive sales, profitability, SSSG, store productivity & customer experience Lead, mentor & develop Regional / Zonal/ Cluster Operations teams Ensure consistent implementation of SOPS and operational standards Drive store manpower productivity and operational efficiency Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, VM, Finance and other functions Lead new store openings and support turnaround of underperforming stores Monitor key retail KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the network Fast growing value retail brand 15+ years of experience in Retail Operations 5+ years in a senior retail leadership role Strong experience in Retail/ Value Retail / Departmental Store Retail • Experience managing a large multi-city / multi-state retail network • Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, store productivity and operational excellence Strong leadership, strategic thinking and execution capabilities • Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Retail Management preferred
