Job Description : Shipping Import & Export Senior Manager | UAE (Ras Al Khaimah) This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in shipping, logistics, international trade, and export operations within the Tea, Food, or FMCG industry. Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Experience Required: 15 To 20 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics & International Export Operations. Minimum 5 years in a Senior Leadership role Experience in Tea, Food, FMCG, Manufacturing or Export Industry preferred Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Shipping Management Master's Degree (MBA/Supply Chain) will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end global shipping, import & export operations. · Develop shipping strategies and optimize international logistics networks. · Manage carrier, freight forwarder & shipping line negotiations. · Drive freight cost optimization, KPI management & operational excellence. · Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international trade, customs & food safety requirements. · Lead import/export documentation, budgeting, contract management & supply chain risk mitigation. · Mentor and lead high-performing logistics & shipping teams. · Drive continuous process improvements and business growth initiatives.
