Job Description : Senior Manager – Finance & Operations Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: AED 45,000 – AED 60,000 per month (All-in) + Performance Bonus Industry: Corporate Finance & Operations Key Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive financial strategy, accounting, and operational functions across all UAE-based entities. Report directly to the Group CEO, serving as a key strategic partner in driving business performance and operational scale. Exercise full ownership over financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and internal operational workflows. Streamline cross-entity operational processes to maximize efficiency and support rapid corporate growth. Requirements 18 years of progressive leadership experience spanning finance, accounting, and operations. Professional qualification required: CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance. Mandatory experience within the UAE or broader GCC market. Strong executive presence with a track record of direct reporting to top-tier C-suite leadership.
