Job Description : ACCOUNTS HEAD CARIBBEAN We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Head to lead our Finance & Accounts function. Qualification: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: - Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience. - Prior experience in the Beverage Industry is mandatory. Candidates from FMCG companies will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Finance & Accounts function, including statutory and internal audits. - Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation - Expertise in Incentive/Sales Incentive Accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, MIS, compliance, and internal controls. - Ensure statutory compliance, financial accuracy, and support business decision-making. These responsibilities align with senior accounting leadership roles in large beverage/FMCG organizations.
