HR Director

Job Description : HR Director – Saudi Arabia An established & expanding hospitality group is seeking an experienced HR Director or senior HR professional to lead its people strategy from its corporate headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A commercially minded HR leader with proven experience operating within KSA & a strong background in service-led industries. Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, this is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for driving the group's human capital strategy, organisational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, & HR transformation across a growing portfolio of hospitality businesses in line with the company culture. Requirements: Proven experience in an HOD / or senior HR leadership position Previous experience in KSA with solid knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudisation & local employment regulations Experience supporting multi-site operations & business expansion Strategic yet hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in organisational development, & talent strategy Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align people initiatives to business performance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications are advantageous.
