Job Description : Head of Group Internal Audit | Singapore leading consumer organisation headquartered in Singapore for an exceptional Head of Group Internal Audit. This is a high-impact leadership appointment for an experienced audit executive who is passionate about transforming the internal audit function into a strategic business partner. The successful candidate will provide leadership across governance, enterprise risk management and internal controls, while working closely with the Board, Audit Committee and Executive Leadership Team to support the organisation’s long-term growth and transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will bring: • Proven experience leading a Group or Regional Internal Audit function within a complex multinational organisation. • A strong track record of driving transformation, embedding best-in-class governance frameworks and modernising audit methodologies through data analytics and technology. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Board and C-suite level. • A commercial mindset, strategic perspective and the credibility to partner with senior business leaders across multiple markets.
