Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: UAE Experience: 20–25 Years Salary: AED 45,000–50,000 per month Employment Type: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities Direct global financial strategy, multi-year budgeting frameworks, regulatory compliance architectures, and advanced cash flow management systems. Act as a principal strategic business partner and trusted executive advisor to senior stakeholders and the corporate management team on critical decisions. Shadow and collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive long-term business performance, corporate growth initiatives, and strategic financial planning. Lead high-level financial and operational steering discussions, evaluating risk vectors and commercial opportunities. Drive capital allocation, corporate reporting, working capital optimization, and governance across all active business verticals. Requirements Mandatory professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA). 20–25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, containing mandatory UAE-based senior leadership tenure. Proven track record operating at a high strategic level, working directly alongside executive management and key corporate stakeholders. Exceptional commercial acumen with a verifiable history of advising on high-impact business decisions and executing multi-year growth plans. Outstanding written and oral communication capabilities paired with advanced executive presentation skills.
