Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Consumer Durables (Multi-Plant) Location: Upper North India Salary: ?1.0 – ?1.5 Crore per annum Reporting To: Managing Director / Promoter Industry: Consumer Durables Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Command, scale, and optimize end-to-end multi-plant manufacturing operations across three large-scale facilities to maximize throughput, quality, and unit economics. Drive the implementation of modern manufacturing practices, modern production standards, and operational excellence frameworks on the plant floor. Architect and optimize the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory flows, and cost-containment programs. Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks with precision, resolving complex labor dynamics and shop-floor execution challenges. Partner directly with promoter/owner leadership to translate business vision into seamless operational delivery while building high-trust institutional governance. Requirements Proven executive operations leadership in high-volume, multi-plant manufacturing environments (Consumer Durables, Automotive, or Heavy Engineering). Action-oriented, decisive leader with deep technical command over plant operations, labor management, and supply chain logistics. High strategic maturity and patience, with a demonstrated ability to execute effectively within a rapid, promoter-driven corporate setup. Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities, capable of commanding large operational workforces and interfacing at the board level.
