Direct overarching brand strategy, product development, portfolio optimization, and multi-channel commercial planning initiatives. Align creative vision with commercial execution, ensuring seamless operational synergy across design, sourcing, merchandising, retail, and marketing divisions. Identify high-potential market opportunities, track evolving consumer trends, and build innovative product strategies to strengthen brand positioning. Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional, high-performing business units to execute an ambitious omnichannel vision. Requirements Solid, verifiable background in fashion design, product development, merchandising, and P&L leadership within premier fashion brands. Proven track record of driving brand transformations, optimizing large product portfolios, and delivering sustainable commercial results. In-depth understanding of modern retail dynamics, consumer behavior, commercial forecasting, and omnichannel operations. Outstanding executive leadership, strategic agility, and a strong balance of artistic vision with business acumen.
