Job Description : lant Manager – Flexible Packaging Conversion Plant ???? ???? Location: Accra, Ghana. Join a fast-growing flexible packaging manufacturer serving the West African market. we at UpMan Placements are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing facility and drive operational excellence, profitability, safety, quality, and ontinuous improvement. ????Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, engineering, warehousing, and supply chain. • Drive OEE improvements, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and cost optimization projects. • Manage plant P&L, budgets, CAPEX planning, and business performance. • Champion safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and a high-performance culture. • Lead cross-functional teams and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning. ???? Ideal Candidate: ?15+ years of experience in flexible packaging manufacturing. ?5+ years managing rotogravure printing and solvent/solvent-less lamination operations. ?Strong expertise in plant management, operational excellence, and team leadership. ?Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. ?Engineering degree preferred; MBA and Lean/Black Belt certifications are advantages. ????Competitive expatriate/local package including housing, medical, relocation support, and performance bonus.
