Head of Logistics

Job Description : Head of Logistics NIGERIA to strengthen its national distribution network and build a more efficient, scalable logistics operation. This role covers: • Leading nationwide transportation and distribution operations • Optimising logistics costs and delivery performance • Managing 3PLs, transport partners, and warehousing solutions • Driving process standardisation, automation, and operational efficiency • Improving logistics visibility, reporting, and cost control • Building and leading a high-performing logistics team We're looking for: • 10–15 years of logistics leadership experience in FMCG or logistics-intensive businesses • Strong expertise in transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics management • Proven success in cost optimisation, contract negotiation, and network expansion • Experience with ERP systems and logistics technology platforms • A practical, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-location operations
