Strong leadership and team management skills *Key Responsibilities* ? Lead Quality across Engine, Gearbox & Transmission operations ? Drive Quality KPIs, APQP, PPAP, Supplier Quality & Customer Quality initiatives ? Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards ?
