Job Description : B2C Facilities Service Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Work Model: On-site Employment Type: Full-time We are currently looking for an experienced B2C Facilities Service Manager to join a leading organization in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who has successfully grown a B2C business within the Facilities Management or Home Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding a residential home services business, driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, leading day-to-day operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can build and scale a profitable business while leading high-performing teams. Key Requirements: • 5–10 years of experience within a Facilities Management company in the UAE • Minimum 18 years of experience managing and growing a B2C Facilities Management/Home Services business • Proven track record of business development and revenue generation • Strong understanding of the UAE residential services market • Experience working with residential communities, developers, and property management companies • Strong operational leadership with experience managing service delivery teams • Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and profitability • Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen Preferred Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage) • Experience launching or scaling a new business unit or profit centre • Experience driving digital transformation using CRM, CAFM, or workforce management systems • Strong understanding of customer experience and continuous process improvement • Experience leading operational excellence initiatives within the Facilities Management sector Key Skills: B2C Facilities Management | Home Services | Business Development | Operations Management | Residential Communities | Customer Experience | Profit & Loss Management | Team Leadership | Revenue Growth | Strategic Partnerships | KPI & SLA Management | Facilities Services | Business Expansion | Operational Excellence | UAE Market
