Job Description : Head of Facilities Management UAE looking for an experienced Head of Facilities Management to join our team in RAK We’re seeking a leader with a proven track record in managing facilities within commercial or mixed-use developments—someone who can drive operational excellence, lead multidisciplinary teams, optimize resources, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance across our properties. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred) • Minimum 4 years in a similar leadership role • Proven Facilities Management experience within commercial or mixed-use developments • Strong expertise in budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and team leadership • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
