Job Description : international retail leaders for a new Head of Retail opportunity.global This isn't a traditional retail operations role. The business currently operates 7 stores internationally but has plans to grow to over 20 stores across multiple countries over the next 18 months through a mix of owned and franchised locations. The successful individual will naturally spend more time thinking about commercial performance than day-to-day store management. Strong Area Managers will own the operational side, allowing this person to focus on trading, expansion, range performance, pricing, customer experience and building a scalable retail function. Experience opening stores internationally and operating across multiple markets will be key. Premium high street fashion backgrounds are likely to be the best fit.
