Job Description : Group Chief Human Resources Officer UAE A prestigious Abu Dhabi government-owned entity is seeking an exceptional Group Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the people strategy across a portfolio of six operating companies with combined revenues exceeding US$3 billion. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and Board, you will provide strategic leadership to six HR Directors and a high-performing HR function of 120 professionals, driving the full employee lifecycle across talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, culture, organisational design, rewards, employee relations, HR technology, and governance. This is a highly influential executive role requiring a proven leader with experience managing complex, multi-business organisations, partnering with Boards and senior government stakeholders, and delivering transformational people strategies that enable long-term organisational performance.
