This is a senior leadership position requiring an established commercial executive who has previously operated as the number one commercial leader within a major real estate development company. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading the full commercial function across large-scale, complex development programmes, with responsibility for both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management. Experience should include commercial strategy, procurement, tendering, contracts, cost management, change control, claims, governance and executive stakeholder engagement.
