Job Description : GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO Major European Discount Retailer | DACH Region Zurich, Switzerland €700,000 Total Package A market-leading discount retailer is seeking an exceptional Group CFO to lead the next phase of strategic growth and enterprise-wide transformation across the DACH region. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, you will lead the full finance agenda, driving commercial performance, capital allocation, digital finance transformation, and SAP-enabled business optimisation across a complex multi-country retail operation. Key Requirements: Proven Group CFO experience within large-scale retail, grocery, FMCG, or consumer businesses. Led complex SAP finance and ERP transformation programmes. Strong track record delivering digital transformation, automation, and data-driven finance. Experience partnering with CEOs and Boards on growth, M&A, and strategic expansion. Deep understanding of large multi-site retail operations across the DACH region. Inspirational leader with exceptional stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
