Job Description : General Manager – Logistics Location: Africa Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain / Transportation Seniority Level: Director / Senior Management We are seeking a hands-on General Manager – Logistics to take full operational and financial ownership of our transport fleet and supply chain. Strong proficiency in Swahili is highly preferred for daily communication with drivers and depot staff. ???? Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Deep knowledge of Tanzanian weighbridges, TRA/customs regulations, and the local trucking market. Prior experience navigating fast-paced, high-accountability corporate structures in East Africa. Proven track record of auditing, cleaning up, and restructuring chaotic or underperforming logistics setups. Full flexibility to travel regularly to regional hubs.
