Direct relationships with regional financial regulators (DFSA, FSRA, or central banks) and internal executive leadership. Manage enterprise-wide compliance assessments, governance audits, and mitigation of operational and regulatory exposures. Requirements 12–15+ years of senior compliance management experience within tier-1 corporate services or regulated financial institutions. Strong functional expertise operating within DIFC, ADGM, or international financial regulatory hubs. Proven record in setting up governance infrastructure and advising executive boards on regulatory exposure.
