Job Description : Head – Manufacturing (Rigid Plastics | IMM / IBM / ISBM / EBM) BERMUDA We are looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to head operations for a leading rigid plastics manufacturing organization. Key Requirements: ? 15–25 years of experience in rigid plastics manufacturing ? Hands-on expertise in IMM, IBM, #ISBM & #EBM technologies ? Strong background in production, process excellence, Lean Manufacturing, TPM & Six Sigma ? Proven leadership in driving productivity, quality, cost optimization, and operational excellence Education: B.E./B.Tech (Plastics/Polymer/Mechanical/CIPET); MBA preferred.
