Job Description : PLANT HEAD NIGERIA FOR ALUMINIUM ROLLING MILLS Techno-Commercial Candidate with Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputed Institute. Additional Post Graduate Management qualifications will be preferred. 20 years+ of managerial experience in Aluminium Rolling complex with minimum 5 years as head of operations in Aluminium Rolling Complex. Candidates with previous Nigerian / African experience will be preferred. Brief Job Responsibility · Handle complete responsibility of Aluminum Rolling mill focused to Operations/ Excellence and day to day basic administration/ accounts/ sales/ HR at unit level · Extensive hands on running & control of Aluminium Rolling Mill/ Cast House Operations. · To Handle Metallurgy of Aluminium to Produce various Alloys/ and its Process Treatment · To Handle Hot Mill and Billet Caster efficiently. · Strategic planning, implementation of best manufacturing practices and strong management systems. · Very Strong Engineering Maintenance - Upkeep and Maintenance of Plant/Machines & Utilities. · Control the Downtime of Machines and eliminate bottlenecks to production. · Meet production targets and achieve monthly/yearly Budgets. · Daily, Weekly and Monthly production - Parameters reporting, Monitoring, Analysis, Improvement.
