Job Description : API Plant Manager Location: Mexico Industry: Pharmaceutical – API Manufacturing Verch Consulting LLP is hiring an experienced API Plant Manager for a reputed pharmaceutical API manufacturing company in Mexico. Eligibility Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: 20+ years in API Manufacturing Operations Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in an API manufacturing facility Age: Preferably below 45 years Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end API manufacturing plant operations. Drive production planning, process optimization, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory, quality, EHS, and statutory requirements. Manage production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and cross-functional teams. Improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and achieve operational KPIs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, and process efficiency. Ensure timely production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Develop and mentor high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. Required Skills Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Extensive experience in API manufacturing processes and plant operations. Excellent knowledge of cGMP, EHS, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead large manufacturing teams and drive operational performance. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
