Job Description : General Manager – Quality Control (Vaccines) NETHERLANDS Industry: Pharmaceutical – Vaccines Open to International candidates Qualification: B.V.Sc. / M.V.Sc. (Mandatory) Experience: 20+ years in Quality Control – Vaccines Extensive experience in vaccine quality testing, laboratory operations, and regulatory compliance. Strong exposure to biological products and vaccine manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the Quality Control function for vaccine manufacturing operations. Ensure testing and release of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Oversee Microbiology, Biochemistry, Analytical, and Biological testing laboratories. Ensure compliance with WHO, USFDA, EMA, CDSCO, and other international regulatory requirements. Manage laboratory investigations, OOS/OOT results, deviations, CAPA, and change control. Support regulatory audits, customer inspections, and internal quality audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, laboratory efficiency, and quality excellence. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing QC teams while ensuring adherence to quality systems and timelines. Required Skills Strong expertise in vaccine quality control and biological testing. In-depth knowledge of cGMP, GLP, WHO, USFDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines. Experience in handling regulatory inspections and quality audits. Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
