What We're Looking For: • 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable HR leadership role, ideally within luxury hospitality • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels • Solid knowledge of local labour legislation, payroll processes, and HR systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
