Job Description : Project Manager – Industrial Expansion (Ghana) Location: Ghana | Reporting to: Manufacturing Head We are seeking a highly hands-on, execution-oriented Project Manager to independently lead industrial project delivery for one of Ghana’s fastest-growing packaged foods companies. This is a high-ownership role offering broad execution responsibility and direct visibility with senior leadership. Key responsibilities 1. Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects. 2. Drive project delivery across civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Manage contractors, vendors, and industrial installations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused outcomes. 3. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and report progress to the Manufacturing Head. Ideal candidate 1.6–10 years of industrial project execution experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or process industries. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 3. Demonstrated experience delivering greenfield and brownfield projects. 4. Hands-on contractor and vendor management experience, with strong construction and industrial installation know-how.
