Job Description : Plant Head / Operations Head – Automotive Manufacturing POLAND Open to International candidates Highly accomplished Plant Head with 22+ years of experience in automotive sheet metal stamping, welding, assembly, heavy fabrication, and manufacturing excellence. Expertise in leading end-to-end plant operations, P&L management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, VAVE, cost reduction, quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and new plant setup. Strong exposure to press shop, weld shop, die maintenance, PPC, SCM, EHS, and NPD. Experienced in managing 200+ workforce and driving operational excellence for leading automotive OEMs and Tier-1 manufacturers. Suitable for Plant Head, Operations Head, or Manufacturing Head leadership roles.
