Key Focus Areas: Strategic Leadership: Aligning HR goals with business profitability. Talent & Succession: Leading group-wide recruitment and talent pipelines. Employee Relations: Providing expert guidance on complex ER matters. Development: Designing high-impact L&D and leadership programs. Culture: Championing wellbeing and engagement across a diverse workforce. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in HR & CIPD Membership (Essential). Proven senior leadership experience in a multi-property hospitality environment. Deep knowledge of Irish employment legislation. Commercial acumen with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
