Executive Commercial Director

Job Description : Executive Commercial Director for a large-scale master plan in Dubai. A2ML Dubai-based developer to find a leader who can drive the commercial strategy and execution of this major development. This senior leadership role requires someone capable of shaping and executing the commercial function across a multi-phase project, from strategy and structuring to execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities include: - Leading the commercial strategy throughout all phases of the master plan development. - Overseeing contracts, procurement, cost management, and commercial risk across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Building and leading a high-performing commercial team. - Partnering with Development, Design, and Project Delivery leadership to align commercial objectives with project execution. - Representing the commercial function at senior stakeholder and board levels. What we're looking for: - Extensive senior commercial leadership experience in large-scale master-planned or mixed-use developments. - A strong track record in the UAE real estate market. - Proven ability to lead commercial strategy across multi-phase, high-value projects. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
