Construction Manager

Job Description : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER OMAN The Construction Manager, will handle overall execution related to the construction, commissioning and startup of the assigned project. The Construction Manager shall coordinate with Client to resolve all the Construction issues related to the Project The Construction Manager will manage a team of Engineers, to resolve technical issues, manage Client engineers, coordinate to maintain project schedule, and cost forecasts and provide. In addition, the Construction Manager needs to successfully coordinate and integrate the overall Project scope, including cost, budget, schedule, quality and safety. Responsibilities will include: Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, safety, quality, risk management, construction and startup of the project To ensure adherence to standards, permits, performance, quality and safety expectations Review/develop technical standards, specifications, drawings and documents. Work with Management to implement internal Project Control tools Identify, communicate and manage risk Responsible for project HSE/Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Requirements: B.E Civil Engineering with a strong proven track record will be considered 15 - 20 years applicable experience with large scale projects, including execution, construction, commissioning and start up. Minimum 5 year Gulf experience in Oil & Gas Projects Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing Construction Projects. Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work across departments and workgroups
