Job Description : BIDDING AND TENDERING MANAGER GHANA Bidding & Tendering Manager Lead the end-to-end bidding and tendering process to secure new business opportunities. Responsible for identifying and evaluating tenders, preparing competitive and compliant technical/commercial proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing bid submissions, pricing, risk assessment, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality bids. Analyze bid outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while supporting business growth and profitability. Desired Candidate: Bachelor's / Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field. Professional certification in Project Management, Procurement or Contract Management is an advantage. 10 - 15 years of experience in bidding, tendering, proposal management, contracts or commercial management. Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or facilities management is preferred. Africa Experience would be an Advantage.
