Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – API & Intermediates -Mumbai Role Purpose The CEO Would Provide Strategic Leadership & Overall Business Direction for the Company Driving Sustainable Growth, Profitability, Shareholder Value, Customer Satisfaction, & Global Competitiveness. The Role Carries Complete Business Ownership with Full P&L Accountability & Is Responsible for Positioning the Business as a Globally Respected API Manufacturer & Preferred Partner for Leading Pharmaceutical Companies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define & Execute the Long-Term Vision, Business Strategy, & Growth Roadmap. Identify New Growth Opportunities Across Regulated & Emerging Markets. Drive Business Transformation to Enhance Competitiveness, Profitability, & Shareholder Value. Lead Expansion Through New Products, Technologies, Strategic Partnerships, Capacity Investments, Acquisitions, & Geographic Growth. Business & Financial Performance Own the Complete Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Business. Deliver Sustainable Revenue Growth, EBITDA, Profitability, Cash Flow, & Return on Capital Employed. Build & Strengthen Relationships with Global Pharmaceutical Customers & Strategic Partners. Expand the Business Across North America, Europe, Japan, Latin America, Asia, & Other International Markets. Executive Oversight of Operations Review Business Performance Against Strategic, Financial, Operational, Quality, & Regulatory Objectives. Foster a Culture of Quality, Integrity, Ethics, Compliance, & Corporate Governance. Innovation & Business Development Drive Product Portfolio Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Licensing Opportunities, & Long-Term Innovation. Support Investment in New Technologies, Complex APIs, Process Innovation, & Sustainable Manufacturing. Leadership & Organisation Development Build, Develop, & Lead a High-Performing Executive Leadership Team. Drive Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent Management, & Organisation Capability Building. Governance & Stakeholder Management Work Closely with the Board of Directors & Shareholders on Business Strategy, Performance, Risk Management, & Capital Allocation. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.MBA / PGDM Preferred with about 25 Years of Progressive Leadership Experience in the API, Pharmaceutical , Fine Chemicals, or Specialty Chemicals Industry. Proven Experience Leading Large, Complex Businesses with Full P&L Accountability. Strong Exposure to Global Regulated Markets Including North America, Europe, Japan, & Other International Markets. Demonstrated Success in Driving Business Growth, Strategy, Commercial Excellence, M&A, Business Transformation, & Global Customer Relationships. looking for a Dynamic & an Exceptional leader to Occupy the Corner Office
