Present Revenues is US$ 200m and they want to grow in Africa / UAE All these positions are in Nairobi , Kenya. Salaries will come with Expat packages, where they provide housing, food, transportation etc and other perks. Monthly Salary, will be the tax free amount, paid in US$. Annual performance bonus will be 0-3 months mostly salary COO Healthcare You are a MBA/CA with 20-25 years in COO roles in Healthcare Very good in P&L Management Domain knowledge of Hospital Administration Willingness to take new challenges and work in cross cultural environment Ability to Lead a Chain of 10 Hospitals Vision to build a US $ 300 million Healthcare business
