Job Description : Head of Finance | Abu Dhabi, UAE Experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a leading organization in the UAE. ???? Location: Abu Dhabi ???? Salary: AED 30,000 – AED 35,000 ???? Qualification: Any relevant qualification ???? Experience: 15 – 18 years ???? Interview Mode: Preferably Face-to-Face ? Urgent Requirement Key Responsibilities: ? Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning ? Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital optimization ? Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements ? Manage financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls ? Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities ? Support senior leadership with strategic financial insights and recommendations ? Lead and develop the finance team while driving operational excellence Preferred Background: ???? Head of Finance / Finance Director level experience ???? Strong background in Exchange Houses, Financial Services, Banking, or other regulated financial institutions ???? Proven expertise in financial planning, treasury, compliance, and regulatory reporting ???? Experience handling UAE regulatory requirements and financial governance
