Job Description : GROUP CFO INDIA The Group has a strong presence across #FinancialServices, #Media, #Retail, #Chemical, and #FMCG, and is looking for a strategic finance leader to drive enterprise-wide financial performance, governance, and value creation. Location: #EastIndia #KeyResponsibilities • Lead the Group's Finance, Financial Controllership, Treasury, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance functions. • Partner with the Chairman and Business CEOs to drive strategic planning, capital allocation, and profitable growth across the portfolio. • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and enterprise-wide performance management. • Drive data-driven decision-making across manufacturing, sales, marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations, improving profitability and operational efficiency. • Lead fundraising, banking relationships, working capital optimization, and capital structuring. • Drive digital finance transformation, business analytics, and the implementation of best-in-class financial systems and MIS. • Build and mentor a high-performing finance leadership team across the Group. #IdealProfile ? 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including experience as a Group CFO, CFO, or Business Finance Leader in a diversified conglomerate or large enterprise. ? Deep expertise in Financial Controllership, Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Business Finance, Taxation, Governance, and Capital Allocation. ? Strong track record of partnering with business leaders to drive growth through data-driven insights across manufacturing, marketing, commercial, and operational functions. ? Experience across one or more sectors including FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Automotive, or Oil & Gas will be an advantage.
