Job Description : HEAD CENTRAL QUALITY PAN EUROPE FOR AUTO Open to International candidates with 25+ years experience Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to align with organizational goals. Monitor and improve quality standards across all manufacturing processes. Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality protocols. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities. Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure quality expectations are met. The Successful Applicant A successful Head Central Quality should have: A degree in engineering or a related field. Proven expertise in quality management, particularly in the automotive industry. Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
