With a rapidly expanding omnichannel and direct-to-consumer business, the organization is investing heavily in building a scalable, technology-enabled supply chain that delivers exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence Job Description Reporting to the COO, the Supply Chain Head will be architecting and leading a best-in-class, customer-first, digitally enabled end-to-end supply chain for D2C channels, and improving performance across B2B and general trade channels. Key responsibilities are: Owning end-to-end supply chain operations across production planning, S&OP, warehousing, logistics, fulfilment, and after-sales activities Driving demand and supply planning excellence through improved forecasting accuracy, capacity planning, OTIF performance, and service levels Designing and optimising the national fulfilment and warehousing network to balance cost, speed, and customer experience. Leading mid-mile and last-mile logistics strategy, including reverse logistics and installation networks for bulky product categories. Developing data-driven inventory and working capital strategies, including inventory optimisation, SKU rationalisation, and availability improvement. Leading digital transformation initiatives across planning, warehousing, logistics, analytics, automation, and supply chain technology. The Successful Applicant 14-20 years of supply chain experience across planning, procurement, fulfilment, logistics, and customer operations; especially in D2C heavy industries Demonstrating strong exposure to D2C supply chain transformation, post-order fulfilment excellence, and omnichannel operations. Having experience in building and scaling supply chain technology platforms and fulfilment ecosystems. Possessing a data-driven, digitally savvy and hands-on leadership style with strong execution capabilities. Demonstrating the ability to influence senior stakeholders while building and leading high-performing teams Having industry exposure across consumer brands, FMCG, e-commerce, consumer durables, furniture, mattress, home or lifestyle sectors will be highly advantageous.
