Job Description : RETAIL OPERATIONS HEAD GCC HEAD OF OPERATIONS RETAIL OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP The Head of Operations oversees the entire retail operations function, ensuring efficient and profitable store performance across all channels. This role is responsible for operational strategy, process optimization, team leadership, and the implementation of standards that enhance customer experience and overall business performance. LOCATION Abu Dhabi, UAE GCC RETAIL EXPERIENCE The Head of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance of 125 stores across five countries, overseeing a portfolio of 15 brands. The role provides strategic leadership and direction to a team of 10 direct reports, including the Visual Merchandising, the Head of Operations - GCC, and the Senior Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). 125 STORES Across 5 Countries 1. OPERATIONAL STRATEGY & PLANNING Develop and implement retail operations strategies aligned with business goals. ? Optimize workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN OVERSIGHT • Oversee inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention. ? Optimize stock levels and reduce stock-outs, overstocking. and shrinkage. 7. COMPLIANCE & SAFETY •Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. ? Maintain health, safety, and security standards across stores and warehouses. 15 BRANDS Portfolio KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 2. STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Ensure consistent execution of store standards across all touchpoints. ? Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and profitability. 5. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT • Ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. • Monitor feedback and align store operations with promotions and campaigns. 8. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING ? Track key metrics and generate reports for senior management. ? Identify gaps, risks, and drive continuous improvement. 10 DIRECT REPORTS QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 15+ years of experience in retail operations, with 88 at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
