Job Description Define and execute the organisation's global growth strategy Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across international markets Develop and strengthen strategic government and enterprise partnerships Align business development, partnerships and marketing activities around a unified agenda Drive commercial planning, forecasting and performance management Build scalable operating models, processes and growth frameworks Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing international team 15+ years' experience in growth, commercial, business development or sales leadership roles Proven success selling complex technology, transformation or consulting solutions into government and/or enterprise customers Demonstrated experience leading international expansion and multi-country growth initiatives Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite, board-level and government stakeholders Track record of building and scaling high-performing commercial organisations Experience within technology, digital transformation, GovTech, enterprise software or related sectors preferred
