PLANT HEAD

Job Description : PLANT HEAD KSA looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial General Manager / Plant Head to lead this greenfield Advanced Precision Machining & Remanufacturing Facility. This role carries full P&L responsibility and end-to-end accountability for building, operationalizing, qualifying, and scaling the facility. The role requires deep familiarity with Oil & Gas upstream customer qualification cycles, API standards, and high-integrity machining and remanufacturing of critical components. Key Responsibilities Lead P&L, business growth & plant operations. Drive greenfield setup, commissioning & capacity expansion. Manage precision machining & remanufacturing operations. Ensure API Q1, ISO, HSE & quality compliance. Lead customer audits, EPC engagement & technical reviews. Build high-performance teams & drive localization initiatives. Requirements Master's OR Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering 18+ years in precision machining/manufacturing. 10+ years in Oil & Gas upstream manufacturing/remanufacturing. 7+ years in senior leadership with P&L responsibility. Experience with API-certified facilities & greenfield projects. Saudi/Gulf experience is mandate.
