Location: Gurgaon | CTC: Up to ?70 LPA | Experience: 14+ Years Mandatory Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) Listed Company or SGX-listed company experience Experience managing multi-channel businesses (Retail, Distribution, E-commerce, etc.) The CFO will lead finance strategy, cross-border India–Singapore operations, fundraising, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, governance, and regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, FEMA, Companies Act). The role will partner with Global Leadership and the Board to drive business growth, financial controls, and strategic decision-making.
