Job Description : Plant Manager – Preform & Closures Manufacturing (Beverage Manufacturing) Location: Nigeria Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with 12–18 years of manufacturing expertise - including 5–7 years in senior leadership - to oversee our preform and plastic closures production facility. Quality & HSE: Ensure strict adherence to food-grade safety, regulatory standards, and a zero-accident HSE culture. People & Cost Management: Lead cross-functional teams, control manufacturing costs, and drive waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (Post-graduation in Operations is a plus). Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with injection molding, automation, and plant utilities within the FMCG, beverage, or packaging sector.
