Job Description : COO - Construction for Central Africa Location Job Description Minimum 15 years of progressive construction and project-delivery experience. At least five years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for multiple concurrent projects or a substantial portfolio. Extensive direct site experience and personal accountability for delivery. Experience delivering major residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use or institutional building projects. Experience across structural works, MEP coordination, finishes, commissioning and handover. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - mandatory. Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
