Job Description : General Manager – Business Development (Tin/Tantalum/Tungsten/Gold) for Central Africa Experience: o 15–20 years of business development experience, with a strong track record in the mining, metals, or commodity trading sector. o Minimum 5 years in a senior management role (GM/DGM/AGM). o Experience in 3T and Gold mining projects, global commodity markets, and offtake agreements. o Proven ability in M&A, strategic partnerships, and international business expansion. Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related discipline. Mining/Metallurgy background is desirable but not mandatory. Skills & Competencies: o Strong knowledge of global Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold markets. o Expertise in deal structuring, negotiations, and contract management. o Deep understanding of responsible sourcing, ESG, and compliance frameworks.
