Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD KSA A leading Advanced Precision Machining & Remanufacturing Facility in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and plant operations for an API-certified facility serving the Oil & Gas Upstream sector. Key Responsibilities Lead plant operations, production, engineering, maintenance, procurement & supply chain. Drive greenfield plant setup, commissioning & production ramp-up. Manage CNC machining, fabrication, assembly & remanufacturing operations. Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM & Operational Excellence. Ensure API, ISO, HSE & customer compliance. Lead large cross-functional teams and deliver productivity, quality & cost targets. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred). 18+ years in manufacturing operations. Mandatory experience in API-certified manufacturing. Strong background in Oil & Gas upstream manufacturing/remanufacturing. Experience managing large CNC machining operations. Proven greenfield plant setup and team leadership (100+ employees). GCC experience is mandage.
