Job Description : *Project Director – Abu Dhabi* We are currently seeking a high-calibre Project Director for a major Wastewater Treatment Plant project based in Abu Dhabi for a Main Contractor. Salary: Up to AED 75,000 (all-inclusive) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE This is a flagship infrastructure project offering full lifecycle involvement across design, construction, and operations. Project Overview: New WWTP with capacity of 22,500 m³/day Rehabilitation and expansion of existing STP from 7,500 to 15,000 m³/day Full MEICA and telemetry systems installation Complete site infrastructure including roads, drainage, utilities, firefighting systems and more 36-month construction period plus 12-month operation and maintenance phase Candidate Profile: We are looking to engage senior Project Directors with: Proven experience delivering WWTP, pumping stations, or major water infrastructure projects Strong leadership across design, construction, and commissioning phases Experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary teams and contractors Strong technical understanding of MEICA systems and wastewater treatment processes Background in delivering complex, high-value infrastructure projects Main contracting background is required Opportunity: Lead a strategic infrastructure development in a key UAE industrial hub Full project lifecycle exposure from design through to O&M Work on a technically demanding and high-profile scheme
