The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. · Oversee maintenance activities for heavy equipment, fleet, and industrial machinery. · Manage maintenance teams and coordinate daily operational activities. · Optimize technical and human resources to minimize equipment downtime. · Monitor maintenance budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency. · Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. · Analyze equipment performance and implement improvement initiatives. · Coordinate with operations and management teams for maintenance planning.
