FACILITY MANAGER

Job Description : FACILITY MANAGER UAE Manager – Facilities Management at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Support the planning and implementation of FM operational strategies aligned with business objectives, contractual requirements, and service delivery standards. Oversee day-to-day MEP and hard FM operations across assigned facilities, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered efficiently and within agreed timelines. Monitor the performance and reliability of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, BMS, ELV, and civil assets. Ensure preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans are effectively implemented, including review of maintenance schedules, work permits, method statements, and risk assessments. Track FM contract performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying service gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for corrective action and continuous improvement. Support budget planning and cost control activities, including OPEX/CAPEX monitoring, supplier quotations, purchase requests, and cost optimization initiatives. Supervise and coordinate FM teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with HSEQ, statutory, and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture through inspections, audits, risk assessments, and adherence to UAE regulations. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with professional certifications such as IFMA CFM/FMP preferred and NEBOSH/IOSH considered an advantage. Minimum 6 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 5 years in FM operations, hard services, MEP maintenance, or multi-site FM contract management. Strong technical knowledge of hard FM and MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, BMS, ELV, CAFM/CMMS systems, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance planning. Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in budgeting, OPEX/CAPEX control, vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, compliance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
